Clearspace started because we were tired of getting our attention hijacked...
Working remotely during the pandemic all of us had our regular rhythms of focus and socializing disrupted. Social media and video calls were our primary means of connection to the outside world. In the aftermath our digital habits now compromise the things that matter most: flow state work, time with loved ones, and restful leisure.
We started Clearspace to hack back our attention from these disruptive patterns, and along the way have worked with world renowned experts and uncovered some of the best technical and non-technical ways to reclaim focus and intentionality in the digital age.
In this newsletter we will highlight the best practices for designing a balanced digital life
• Setting up a digital environment that promotes focus • Understanding the neuroscience of phone usage • Our journey building digital armor at Clearspace |
